  1. Neal, thanks for the comment. Although I never had a chance to study with Tristano, I studied a bit with Lee Konitz. I’ve have transcribed Tristano, Marsh, and Konitz and have listened a lot to Popkin, Brown, Tabnik, Halperin, Crothers, Mosca an others.
